Who is the Face Behind EVE in Stellar Blade?

Since its release, Stellar Blade has garnered praise for its stunning visuals, engaging gameplay, and captivating protagonist. In an interview with Push Square, Game Director Hyung-Tae Kim confirmed that Eve's body was modeled after the famous South Korean model Shin Jae-eun. Kim explained that they believed Jae-eun's body shape would be a good reference for the character they were pursuing in Stellar Blade.

While Eve's body was based on Shin Jae-eun, her face was an original creation by the talented artists at Shift Up. The game director clarified that only Jae-eun's body was scanned for the game, and the face was designed in-house.

Shift Up is known for creating characters with sexual appeal, and Eve's design in Stellar Blade reflects this approach. The studio head acknowledged that the definition of beauty may vary but stated that their goal was to create the most attractive body for the user, leading to their collaboration with Shin Jae-eun.
